Bodywork is a catchall term for hands on muscle release. At Southpaw Movement we utilize a foundation of Structural Integration, grouped with Thai Yoga Bodywork, assisted stretching, Gua Sha, & Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques to fit a session to your exact needs.
Somatic healing is an approach to healing that integrates the mind-body connection to support emotional and physical well-being. By focusing on the body’s sensations and stored emotions, we aim to release trauma, reduce stress, and foster lasting personal transformation.
